Josean brings nearly 15 years of finance experience to NXT Property Management, including almost 10 years in the property management industry. As Regional Controller, he works closely with the accounting and operations teams to improve financial reporting, strengthen processes, and help resolve accounting issues as they arise. He enjoys digging into complex problems, understanding what caused them, and finding practical solutions that make things easier for both his team and NXT’s clients. Josean earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico. He moved to the United States at a young age and spent much of his life in Florida before moving to Utah nearly 10 years ago. Since then, he has fallen in love with Utah’s outdoors and enjoys biking, working out, meeting new people, and making others laugh.
