Nik brings nearly a decade of experience in property management and is recognized for his ability to drive operational excellence and maximize asset performance. Known as “The NOI Guy,” he has successfully overseen large portfolios—spanning more than 14 communities and 9 clients—across both student and market-rate housing. Through strategic people-first leadership, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making, Nik has consistently improved underperforming properties, optimizing both income and expenses. His innovative approach once led to doubling his portfolio’s cash flow to $3 million in a single year. He holds an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice.

Outside of work, Nik is passionate about personal fitness, outdoor adventures, and spending time with his wife and two daughters exploring Utah’s beautiful landscapes and mountains. A former auto racer and car enthusiast, he brings that same focus and passion to his professional and personal life.
