Prior to his co-founding role at Nxt Property Management, Bryson demonstrated exceptional entrepreneurial acumen by establishing and operating multiple prosperous enterprises prior to entering the Real Estate industry. Leveraging his extensive expertise in business operations, marketing, and analytics, he assumes comprehensive responsibility for overseeing all financial facets of Nxt's management portfolio. This includes conducting monthly financial reviews and formulating annual budgets for both present and forthcoming projects. Bryson's mastery is further exemplified by his acquisition of a master’s degree in real estate development from the esteemed University of Utah. As a property owner himself, he possesses a profound understanding of the imperative nature of effective property management, enabling Nxt to emphasize factors that contribute to long-term value preservation. While immersing himself in intricate financial modeling, Bryson finds solace in immersing himself in outdoor exploration alongside his wife and four children. Being a native of Utah, he also enjoys engaging in skiing, fly fishing, and big game hunting activities.
Tina Burns

Tina brings an impressive wealth of experience, spanning over twenty-three years, in collaborating with prominent national and regional organizations across the United States. In 2014, she embarked on her journey with Greystar, assuming the role of Director of Real Estate, offering invaluable support to the Los Angeles region. Demonstrating her versatility, Tina later transferred to Minneapolis in 2016, assuming the position of Director of Operations for the Midwest. In her capacity as Senior Director, she skillfully oversaw the operations of an extensive portfolio comprising 115 properties, encompassing an impressive total of 29,728 units. Furthermore, she effectively managed a team of over 700 dedicated professionals spread across a 10-state region, including Minnesota, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kansas City (Missouri), Ohio, and Kentucky. Under her guidance, her region consistently secured top rankings nationwide in terms of growth, customer satisfaction, and team member satisfaction. Prior to her tenure at Greystar, Tina held the esteemed position of President of Operations at Cornerstone Residential, where she skillfully directed the operations of an extensive 6,000-unit portfolio spanning Utah and Nevada. Her illustrious career also encompasses successful stints at esteemed organizations such as Pinnacle, Horizon Realty Advisors, AMC, and Equity Residential.
Godfrey Cambel

Godfrey is a seasoned professional with a remarkable track record of successfully spearheading the implementation of policies and standards of excellence across more than 40 communities spanning seven states. Demonstrating unwavering dedication to fostering strong relationships with property owners and his team, he consistently prioritizes their satisfaction, recognizing it as a key driver of success. His exceptional strengths also lie in his extensive experience in training new teams during acquisitions and overseeing renovations. Thanks to his exemplary leadership, numerous employees under his guidance have achieved well-deserved promotions, attesting to his ability to cultivate talent within his organization. Furthermore, Godfrey places great emphasis on resident satisfaction and community experience, skillfully executing strategies to surpass income goals and minimize expenses. His unwavering commitment to upholding high operational standards has resulted in a multitude of accolades and awards, both at the property and individual levels, in recognition of his outstanding achievements. With close to 20 years of industry experience across eight different states, Godfrey's expertise is complemented by a bachelor's degree in finance from Texas State University.

Her extensive experience encompasses a wide range of management expertise, including market rate communities, lease-ups, rehabilitation properties, and stabilized properties. Throughout her career, Candice has demonstrated her adaptability by successfully managing properties across diverse locations, including Utah, Arizona, and California. In recognition of her exceptional contributions, she was nominated for the prestigious Manager of the Year award by the UAA in 2011. Additionally, Candice holds a Good Landlord Certificate, showcasing her commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and tenant satisfaction. Complementing her expertise in property management, she holds an associate degree in criminal justice. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Support, he collaborates closely with regional managers and other corporate staff, diligently ensuring the highest levels of quality and efficiency across all sites. With his extensive background in financial services, Mike also works in close partnership with accounting and banking relations teams, ensuring seamless operations. During his leisure time, Mike cherishes moments spent with friends and family in the embrace of nature. Natalie possesses an associate degree in early childhood development from Kaplan University and has pursued further professional development by obtaining certifications and training in Yardi, Entrata, and RealPage. With an impressive tenure of over 25 years in property management, she brings extensive knowledge and experience to her current role as Systems Admin, where she consistently imparts her expertise to benefit others. Natalie's contributions to the industry have earned her notable recognition, including nominations for Assistant Manager of the Year and Best Renovations by the UAA. Outside of her professional pursuits, she indulges in leisure activities such as taking scenic drives accompanied by her favorite music. Additionally, Natalie and her sister share a passion for organizing parties with creative and engaging themes, showcasing their penchant for creating memorable experiences.

Lehi is an accomplished Operations Analyst currently contributing his expertise to NXT Property Management. With a distinguished academic background, Lehi graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Utah before embarking on a successful professional journey. Throughout his career, he has gained valuable experience in the finance and insurance sectors. Beyond his professional pursuits, Lehi finds joy in exploring the great outdoors and capturing its beauty through photography. Athletics have always been a significant part of his life, with basketball and boxing being his favorite sports since childhood.
Chris McDonald
Director of Facilities
Chris has an extensive career spanning 15 years in the field of property maintenance. His journey commenced in ski resort lodges before transitioning to behavioral health hospitals, ultimately culminating in multi-family housing. This diverse range of facility maintenance roles has afforded Chris the opportunity to refine his skills and gain invaluable experience across various maintenance responsibilities. In 2018, Chris joined Nxt Property Management as a maintenance supervisor, rapidly ascending the ranks to the positions of senior maintenance supervisor and presently, Director of Facilities. In these roles, he excels in leveraging his comprehensive knowledge and resources to lead his team towards establishing Nxt as the premier property management company in Utah. A native of Salt Lake City, Chris is a proud alumnus of the University of Utah, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology. During his leisure time, he relishes the company of his wife and daughter while immersing himself in outdoor activities. Whether it's hiking, rock climbing, skiing, or dirt biking, Chris finds joy in the splendor of nature, making it his ultimate happy place.

Alex is an accomplished digital marketing specialist and business development consultant who possesses a wealth of expertise acquired over the course of a decade, primarily focused on overseeing marketing campaigns within the aviation, real estate, and education sectors. While initially embarking on her professional journey in business development and financial accounting, Alex eventually directed her unwavering enthusiasm towards her true passions: graphic art, branding, and photography. Originally from northern Colorado, she relocated to Utah in 2005 subsequent to the attainment of her computer networking degree at Colorado Mesa University. Since then, Alex has divided her residency between Utah and northern California. In addition to her professional endeavors, she is an avid hockey fan, ex-rugby player, and devotes her time to enjoying the company of her family, consisting of four.

Prior to assuming the role of Marketing Coordinator at Nxt Property Management, he garnered valuable experience in the agency landscape, where he excelled as a Lead Account Manager overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients. These clients ranged from online cosmetics companies to grocery chains, outdoor shoe retailers, and promotional product producers. Having been born in Ohio, Addison has established his roots in Utah, where he has resided for the majority of his life. He is a true nature enthusiast, and you can find him snowboarding, hiking, fishing, and mountain biking during his leisure time.

Trent holds a Leadership and Management Degree from Colorado Mountain College, which has equipped him with a solid foundation for driving organizational success. Prior to joining NXT, Trent built a professional background in the ski industry, where he honed his skills in customer service and teamwork. Eager to leverage his knowledge and contribute to the growth of the NXT team, Trent is highly motivated to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional results. While Trent's professional life thrives on numbers and analysis, his personal interests reflect a well-rounded individual. He embraces his inner nerd through video game exploration, finding fulfillment in immersive digital worlds. Additionally, Trent is an avid skier, reveling in the exhilaration of carving through slopes. Hallie is a seasoned accounting professional with twenty plus years of experience. During that time Hallie has worked in a variety of accounting settings but discovered that she excels at property management. She especially enjoys property accounting because of the opportunities it provides to develop quality relationships with property managers and owners. Having recently joined the NXT accounting team, Hallie desires to use her talent and passion for property accounting to not only provide excellent accounting service but also build great relationships with property managers and owners and through those relationships improve lines of communication and accuracy of financial information. In her leisure time Hallie enjoys spending time with family and friends outdoors in nature biking, hiking, skiing and walking her dog, Topper.
