In her capacity as Senior Director, she skillfully oversaw the operations of an extensive portfolio comprising 115 properties, encompassing an impressive total of 29,728 units. Furthermore, she effectively managed a team of over 700 dedicated professionals spread across a 10-state region, including Minnesota, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kansas City (Missouri), Ohio, and Kentucky. Under her guidance, her region consistently secured top rankings nationwide in terms of growth, customer satisfaction, and team member satisfaction. Prior to her tenure at Greystar Tina held the esteemed position of President of Operations at Cornerstone Residential, where she skillfully directed the operations of an extensive 6,000-unit portfolio spanning Utah and Nevada.
