Her expertise spans portfolio management, budgeting and forecasting, asset performance, capital projects, market analysis, business development, and organizational leadership.
Throughout her career she has managed complex portfolios, including Class A lease-ups, value-add renovations, and LIHTC communities. She has partnered closely with ownership and asset management teams to maximize NOI, maintain operational excellence, and execute strategic initiatives that enhance asset value. Tori is particularly passionate about developing high-performing teams, building strong organizational cultures, and leading through growth, acquisitions, and operational change. She brings a people-first leadership approach balanced with a strong focus on accountability, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
She holds a B.S. in Business Management and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
